Our team was able to expedite the building permit process with city inspectors for this model agency and studio renovation. The projects includes 1600 sq.ft. of office space and 800 sq.ft. of mezzanine space. The previous general contractors had incomplete and faulty work, which got all cleaned up and completed quickly once we took over the job.
