LGCI had the honour of renovating Lakehouse Restaurant, with only days to complete the project. The new contemporary look encompassed new paint, new tables and chairs, flooring, carpet, entryway, custom millwork, and bar renovation. Careful pre-planning and diligent communications made the project flow without a hitch.

This women’s salon was a full interior build-out. LGCI managed and coordinated its complete construction. LGCI also acted as the liaison between the client, designer, and franchiser to ensure that branding was fully maintained as well as function.

LGCI renovated an existing restaurant, adding new colours stone finishes and other details to bring their restaurant up to the owner’s vision of their Mediterranean restaurant. Time and budget were no doubt constraints – but not a deterrent from getting the job completed in a timely manner.

LGCI took this project from concept to completion. As a challenging design-build restaurant sited next to an existing hotel, we completed the project on time and budget due to pre-planning and diligence. LGCI took a principal role in the design of the building overseeing permits and ultimately construction. No detai ls were overlooked in this prestigious fine dining restaurant.

Italo Leonardi was our project manager and site superintendent; involved in the complete tenant build-out of our restaurant with a budget or over 2 million dollars. This high-tech design build music school included engineered acoustic details for sound control. The complete interior build-out also included a stage performance area with custom lighting and a dedicated drum room. The school is still receiving constant praise for both it’s functionality and sound performance. The client was ecstatic at its success.
